Google has updated their Google Search app for the iPhone with a major update to its design, features, and even the name. Google Search for iPhone was previously named “Google Mobile.” The biggest update is a new menu that is brought up by swiping your finger to the right. The new menu options dramatically improves the usefulness of being able to set the search context of the entire web, places, images, news, shopping, videos, updates, blogs, and discussions.

Verizon released a new commercial, highlighting the Verizon iPhone and the Verizon network. “The Verizon Guy” comes out and adds fuel to the fire and states, “Yes, I can hear you now. This is America’s largest and most reliable network. Verizon, built so you can rule the air.”
I am one of the lucky ones who was fortunate enough to be able to pre-order a Verizon iPhone. I’ll be posting my review soon!
