Seriously. Our members are like family to us.

Sure. We’re a big company. There are 1,000-plus agents working from 200-plus Realty World offices in Northern California and Nevada. But that doesn’t translate to unfriendly. We’re a family-owned business. Always have been. We believe that business is personal.

Our offices tend to talk to each other more than other franchise operations do. They compare notes. Strategize. Work in concert to strengthen the brand in their markets. Even advertise together. It’s part of the collaborative family culture we’ve nurtured over the years. And it works.

And the Award Goes to…

We care. No kidding. And we show it in many ways. Like standing up and cheering when you and your agents do great things.

Every year we put on an awards banquet. We gather together and honor those who have achieved significant accomplishments. We hand out trophies, plaques…the stuff professionals proudly hang on their office walls. We bring in national speakers and have promotional giveaways. And we have some fun too.
