L. Scott LeForce – President
Every great team has a strong leader. And we have that and more in Scott, an executive who knows just what it takes to run a successful real estate company.
He has tons of experience, having been a Director and Corporate Officer with Realty World Northern California, Inc. since 1987. Scott took over the reins as President, COO and Regional Director in October 1995 and has presided over our success ever since. In addition, since 1980 Scott has served as Director of Realty World’s parent, Faith Realty & Development Company. He also holds the position of Senior Vice President with that firm.
Scott has a rock-solid background and track record in marketing and sales. So he gets it. He speaks your language.
A Real Estate and Business Administration major from the University of Colorado, Scott is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Program.
Richard M. Rozycki – Director, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer
Nothing like a former cop to keep an eye on the finances. Richard Rozycki served more than 11 years with the Douglas County Sheriff and LIttleton Police, in Colorado, before joining Realty World. Richard came on board in 1988 and was promoted to CFO in 2000. He also serves as Director and CFO of Faith Realty & Development Co. and mortgage banking firm Real Estate Financial Services, Inc.
In addition to his law enforcement training and certifications, Richard studied Business Administration at the University of Colorado, Denver. He completed his professional education through GRI in 1995.
Scott A. Gill – Sr. Vice President / Marketing and Sales
Scott Gill is our franchise sales and membership expansion guru for the Northern California and Northern Nevada regions. That’s a lot of territory, but with his extensive background in real estate, he makes it look easy.
In fact, Scott even knows what the competition is up to: he formerly served as Northern California Director of Franchise Sales for Century 21/Cendant. He has also served in executive positions with American Savings Bank, Compufund National Mortgage Network, The Shared Appreciation Corporation, and Great American Real Estate Company. Indeed, Scott co-founded the last two companies. He kicked off his career as a top-producing real estate agent and loan officer.
Licensed by the California Department of Real Estate, Scott has completed many professional training programs including Dale Carnegie, Realty Institute, Quantum Management Systems, Success Motivation Institute, Century 21 Franchise Academy, New Horizons Computer Learning Center and Tom Hopkins International.
James Dwiggins – Vice President
James embodies the bold, innovative spirit that drives Realty World Northern California. A native of San Luis Obispo, California, he joined us as Director of Technology and Strategy in 2006 and was promoted to his current position two years later. He’s responsible for creating and implementing the new technologies that give our 200-plus franchise offices the edge they need to stay ahead of their competition. James also masterminds the strategic positioning and branding of Realty World in the marketplace.
James was Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales for VREO, Inc. for four years beginning in 2002. VREO was a revolutionary developer of agent and enterprise-level real estate applications for the internet. The firm also pioneered biometric signature software for paperless transactions. VREO has won numerous awards for its inventive technologies.
James is a gifted and accomplished public speaker, having spoken for the California Association of Realtors “Tech Tuesday” Conference, Inman News’ “Agent Reboot Tour,” and many Women’s Council of Realtors events and local Realtor’s’ association meetings. He was also honored to be the 2010 Chair of the Young Professionals Network for the California Association of Realtors.
Tei Baishiki – Chief Operating Officer
Here’s where the rubber meets the road. Tei is the guy responsible for the technology solutions that set Realty World franchisees head and shoulders above the competition.
A San Francisco Bay-area native, Tei studied at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He co-founded VREO, a ground-breaking real estate internet technology developer. He also served as CEO and Chief Technology Officer for that firm. In that capacity he spearheaded the development of client generation technology for DeepGreen Financial that handled more than $800 million in loan volume. That project garnered numerous awards for its innovative technological approach.
Christine Dwiggins – Vice President of Marketing
Although she just joined Realty World in August 2011, Christine is certainly no stranger to real estate marketing. Far from it; she was Vice President and Branch Manager of Pacific Union International—Christie’s International Real Estate’s South Beach and Opera Plaza offices in San Francisco. And before that she was a successful agent—in fact, she’s the third generation of her family to be a broker. Real estate is in her blood. ‘Nuff said.
Tech-savvy, innovative and passionate about her work, Christine brings to the table a powerhouse combination of sales experience, marketing savvy and 21st-century business practices—for instance, she was a trendsetter in the adoption of paperless transactions. Those skills enable her to empower Realty World franchisees and associates to be the best they can be by embracing new technologies and techniques into their marketing strategies.
Christine holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego in Communications with a minor in Real Estate Business Administration. She is an active member of the San Francisco Association of Realtor’s Board of Directors since 2009 and also founded the San Francisco Young Professionals Network chapter in 2009, chaired it in 2010 and remains on the advisory board. This year, Christine is chair of the San Francisco Association of Realtors MLS and is co-vice chair of the California Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network.
