The 2009 Realty World event was a hallmark day to witness!

CONVENTION-182The Realty World NCA event on Friday, August 14, was for me the jump-off point for the future of our network. The event was filled with high energy, as we had a full and fast-paced agenda. The keynote speakers were top shelf and delivered relevant information pertaining to today’s market conditions that I believe our Realty World members were able to use the very next day.

In addition, numerous new services and unique technologies, representing 20 months of hard work and investment were on display for all to see and hear more about. Five hundred Realty World NCA brokers and agents attended the event, which was an all time record our territories. Traditionally, franchise organizations consider an event a success if eight to 12 percent of members attend. Last Friday 38 percent of our members attended … I guess you can say it was a successful event!

    I am not big on writing a comment, but I have to say this: In the name of all those RW Corral Hollow agents who attended this event on August 14th, I say a big THANK YOU to all who were working long, hard hours to put this event together and make it such a big success. It was really good to see how many of the Realty World agents and brokers are still around and prosper, who did not give up, just because the market has shifted in a little different direction. This made me realize that we all are ready to change with it, whichever way the market is heading. Thanks again Realty World, for showing us the way.

    I wanted to say that I have been to a lot of the conventions over the years and this last one was up there with one of the best.

    In the past we’ve had some of the big names in the Real Estate speaker biz, such as Walt Sanford speak and then sell us some of their latest marketing products.

    I have received more information at this last convention, that I can take back to my office and use in today’s market, than I have in past conventions where it was dominated by a national known speaker.

    My Realty World website/blog has brought me several prospects that have written contracts with me than I have from any other media. I just wanted to throw that in as well…
