We will try to teach our children that we do not &quot;need&quot; everything we &quot;want&quot;.  My parents grew up in the Depression and lived their lives frugally, but well.  Somehow &quot;Boomers&quot; got caught up in the &quot;have-to-have-it-now&quot; mentality of the Eighties and Nineties.  This is our opportunity to become less materialistic and enjoy the times and people that really matter.</description>
