I watched your video (nice) and had one question: I'm a RW agent and wonder how Twitter would help my business?

You bring up a really good point, Judy. There is a risk inherent to any social media or internet presence. Twitter does have a lot of spammers but the good thing is you only have to follow people that you want to and you can un-follow anyone at any time. If you have concerns about spammers, I suggest you very carefully choose the people you are going to follow. Also, don't feel bad about un-following those accounts you find unsavory. Twitter doesn't alert users when they are un-followed so they will never know, and you will never have to feel guilty about it.

There's been so much negative news on Twitter lately on TV that it sounds like Twitter is getting a bad rep. Is it safe to use or will I be subjecting myself to undersirable situations?
